Still Spirits Top Shelf Red Sambuca

A red sambuca style flavouring. A distinctive red colour and strong notes of aniseed. Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Mixing Instructions:

Shake well and add contents and 790 ml (27 US fl oz) 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Top Shelf Liqueur Base A (made up as per base instructions). Top up to 1.125 L (38 US fl oz) with water.

An aniseed liqueur with a rich red colour. Add essence and 790ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base A (made up as per SS Liqueur Base A instructions). Alternatively 150ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.
