Still Spirits Top Shelf White Sambuca

A white sambuca style flavouring. Colourless with strong notes of aniseed. Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Mixing Instructions:

Shake well and add contents and 790 ml (27 US fl oz) 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Top Shelf Liqueur Base B (made up as per base instructions). Top up to 1.125 L (38 US fl oz) with water.

Aniseed based liqueur that is clear to opaque. Add essence and 790ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base B (made up as per Liqueur Base B instructions). Alternatively 240ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.
